Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
ZeroBase Lab (the "Operator") handles personal data as follows under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. Purposes and data

2. Retention
Data is kept until you delete your account. On deletion, your email, name and check-in records are destroyed immediately. To prevent duplicate sign-up bonuses, only an irreversible hash of your Google account ID is kept. Inquiries are kept for one year after handling, then destroyed. Data required by other laws is kept for the period they require.
3. Sharing with third parties

You may refuse, but you then cannot join tests.

Transfers happen over the network as you use the Service, and retention follows section 2.
5. Destruction
Data past its retention period or purpose is deleted from the database so it cannot be recovered.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your data yourself from Contact › Delete account; send other requests via Contact or contact@zerobaselab.com.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access, and Google sign-in so we never receive passwords.
8. Cookies
We use only a session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived language cookie during sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
